Once upon a time, before many many many pictures of sleeping Agent J, there were very funny L-isms. I had forgotten how funny she is. Today, she came to show me a piece of paper on which she had been practicing her writing. (That says “kettle” by the way, in case you don’t read preschooler.)
Knowing my penchant for throwing away excess paper, she wrote this on the back.
I especially like the recycling arrows with the x drawn through it.

Isn’t is crazy how such a small thing can mean so much to them…and to us?

I DO read preschooler, by the way! Aren’t they hysterical how they put so much effort into these beloved papers? I swear Rachel could use a ream a day. She says she wants to be an artist when she grows up. When I come to CO you are going to teach me how to REALLY knit, right?

love those papers! I save some of the best papers and shred “excess” papers at our house and toss it in our composting bin. That way I don’t feel so guilty, it’s going to a good cause, right?
